Here is a breakdown of my Jeep, I'll probably leave a bunch of stuff out so just ask if you want any details of anything. Everything on the Jeep was done in my driveway. The only thing touched by any shop was the machine work in the block/head.
1990 Jeep Wrangler YJ
Engine: 92 4.0 Block, intake, computer and harness. (95 Dodge Ram 1500 injectors (5.9 engine). 1989 4.2L crankshaft and rods. The pistons are PBM cast aluminum .040 overbore 4.0 pistions. Crane cam, and a seriously massaged head, and 3-angle valve job. That makes a 4.8L stroker.
Transmission: 89/90 Ax-15. I have two trannys considering I blow them apart about twice a year, so i'm constantly reubuilding them. Centerforce Stage 2 clutch and pressure plate.
T-case : Dana 300 clocked flat, 4:1 gears, JB conversions 32spline HD outputs, homebrew twin sticks.
Front axle: 86 chevy Cucv Dana 60. 5.38 motive gears, lockright, Ballistic high steer arms, homebrew crossover steering .250 wall DOM toob and 1-ton TRE's. Ruffstuff 3/8" thick cover. Soon to be Ten Factory Chromos and ECGS drive flanges.
Rear Axle: 86 Chevy Cucv 14-bolt full float, 5.38 Motive Gears, Yukon Full Spool. Ruffstuff Disc Brake Brackets, 75 3/4 ton Chevy Calipers and Rotors. Solid Axles Industries Cover.
Front Suspension : Xj rear springs flipped for offset, with homebrew front crossmember. Front frame lengthed 7 3/8" to accomodate the Shackle reversal. Front wheelbase is stretched 7" from stock. 14" travel Bilsteins, and Fox 2.0 series 3" travel air bumps.
Rear suspension: Dodge Dakota rear springs flipped for offset, rear frame extended 2". Rear wheelbase is stretched 8" for a total of 108". 12" Procomp shocks out back. Homebrew Traction bar with poly bushings at the axle, and a ballistic joint and the frame end. The Ballistic joint is bolted to a shackle that is mounted to the skid.
I am running a Surplus Center 8" travel single ended Hyd ram, with swivel eyes on the ends, a Drilled and tapped Astro van box and the factory 92 pump and reservoir. I also have a 6" by 8" p/s cooler as well as an inline filter on the system.
I'm also running a 78 Mercury Grand Marquis Brake Master Cylinder, with a Jegs adjustable prop valve. This allowed me to keep the factory booster, but run disc all the way around.
I have a full Cage made from 1.75 .120 wall, 1.75 1.88 wall, and 2.00 .120 wall DOM tubing. The seats are out of an early 90's 240SX, recovered in Marine Vinyl. The seat brackets mount the seats 3" lower than the factory flip/fold brackets to increase headroom with the cage, but not impede on your vision when strapped in. Simpson Harnesses.
Tires are 42 x 15 x 16.5 Interco TSL-SX 2's, although I have ran 38.5" SXs and 44" Boggers since finishing the 1-ton swap last september.
I am currently running Chrome steelies for now, until I finish recentering my 12-bolt H1's. They will then have 2" backspacing, with pressed 1/4" centers.
