the curse of the inch-itis. :096:

Just picked up a used 2" skyjacker lift with 7000 series shocks. under 5k on them.

sooo... shawn (jeepin ruby) when you lifting yours? i'd rather experiment or "take pointers" on someone else's jeep first!! haha

^ hahaha..,. i'm tryin to convince a buddy to lift his. i told him he had two choices if he wants to run AT's ....either buy smaller rims or lift the jeep.

soooooo i figured a set of spacers and longer shocks would be my best bet. having the 17" rim sucks. i'd like to run a set of 255/65/17's.... maybe general grabbers..

Don't talk about lifting XJ's, all I need is a yoke for the hack and tap, ive got a spare front shaft for it, I want to go another inch or so, 1in boomers out back and inch pucks up front...this may be a bad experience... LOL

when you doing yours shawn?

nice to know others would lend a hand... i would think with a few sets of hands (and heads) we shouldn't have any issues we cant figure out.

although... adding a BB seems to be a simple no brainer job.

Whenever it stops F**KIN snowin! and we get some nice weather :013: I guess thats gonna take a while. I dont wrench in the cold anymore! I have a nice big level driveway, but my garage is small so its easier to work outside.
