It's been on there for MONTHS. IDK why though I was gonna call on it but didn't.

Sounds like a great deal, except the part about the frame being patched. When I initially bought my jeep, it had a bad spot in the frame (at least I thought only 1 spot). When I got it home, The clutch went out of it so I dropped the tranny and found a whole world of problems. Lets just say I could put my hand through the "fully boxed" frame in about 20 locations.

Boxed frame on a CJ = bad Idea. it holds water and grime and eats away the frame from the inside.

i called on it. its a pretty nice rig. though its got manual steerig and brakes so its turned some people off. that price is firm too. he once had it on there because he lost his job. now hes working and still wants to get rid of it so he dropped the price. seems to be a really nice ride. if i wanted it for the weekend only id do it

I had a 73 CJ5 on 36s with 4 wheel manual drum brakes. It actually stopped really good. The manual steering was the real pain in the ass.

I think the guy was on here about a year ago asking about a 350 swap. Looked it up, Greentreecj5.

Manual steering is easily upgraded, I did mine. Manual brakes aren't that bad, I have 35's and manual disk and drum currrently and I can still stop.

I have seen the Jeep in person. It is well worth the asking price.
