View Full Version : Got my new Tires on... Love em

so here they are. cooper discoverer stt. 1001 and change installed and aligned with lifetime rotation(if for some reason i end up not being able to lift a tire....) and flat fixes.

theyre not loud at all. even freeway, with the windows down, no radio, next to a wall, you only hear a slight humm. kinda wanted a roar haha. but overall, i like em. and the sidewall is sweet. i chose to have the black out and white lettering in.

there are some before and after. theyre phone pics. so you might not get the best view.

EDIT: Sorry theyre in reverse order haha. but the new ones are most important haha

EDIT x2: Also, theyre 285/75/16 or 33 x 11.50 x 16

thanks. i cant wait to take em off road and see what they can do. we'll see how tomorrow pans out

haha. im a little different i guess. i dont drive on the freeway hardly at all. so the wicked loud roar there wouldnt be much of an issue. and i just like the sound of a luggy tire. fell in love with the sound in highschool when my buddy put 33" boggers on his yj

so took the tires to the trails today. they did amazing. never got stuck. didnt spin. no rock i hit or hole was too deep. im very impressed. i think, so far, theyre worth the money

my wife lived in avalon before we got married and bought our house here. how long have you lived in bellevue?

nice. i technically live in avalon. im right on the border. im on the street with the hospital. we bought our house in May of last year. love the area. very quiet. everyone else is old and im pretty sure deaf haha.
