This is more powdercoating then fab. I did weld up some alum. pieces to fill in some side light mount on the rear fender mounts. My boss machined the caps and cut the risers down.

Also made some struts to lower it it and make it rigid. We will probably be cutting the back half of the frame and going full rigid overthe winter.

Wow does that look sharp! I love the attention to detail. To me that makes all the difference and separates projects.

looks good, I just wouldn't want to ride it any further than a nice smooth parking lot. Sporty's are uncomfortable for me sitting still, couldn't imagine what one would feel like with chopped down drag bars and hard-tailed. Keep your chiropractor on speed dial!
