The set I have is a craftsman 496 piece set.

I was looking at sears, and it's somewhere between

425 piece set:

http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/product.do?BV_UseBVCookie=Yes&vertical=TOOL&pid=00933325000

and the 546 piece set:

http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/product.do?BV_UseBVCookie=Yes&vertical=TOOL&pid=00933446000

It's closer to the 546 piece set though, but apparently they don't sell that one anymore.

It is in a tool box (it's 3-high) -- like 7 or so drawers on the bottom, 3 long ones in the middle, and 5 at the top (the top row is seperated into drawers in thirds) the very top flips up and there's 3 seperate trays in there -- I plan to take a picture or two next time I'm at my parents house.

They're all in good shape -- it's missing the 8mm deepwell 1/4 socket and the 1/2 inch swivel is broken (but that can be replaced under warranty for free if you take it to sears).

All the tools have a LIFETIME warranty on them...and served their purpose nicely while I was a mechanic for a couple years.

Also, I don't think it's noted in those sets above, but it also comes with a 3/4 inch socket set with the ratchet which I'm pretty sure sells for close to $150 itself.

extras:

Also, it will include a rather old, but functional 3/8" air ratchet.

some air tool adapters, an oil filter wrench, set of two snap-on side grip pliers (big enough to use on oil filters and the other one is rather small), set of two prybars one is about a foot long the other is around 3' long.

I'm asking $1000 for everything including the extras and the tool boxes.

let me know as I gotta get rid of this stuff...thanks.

OK...I'm lazy and I don't feel like taking out an add in the paper...$650 takes it all then you can resell them and make some money.

hehe...who wants them?
