there's information out there about how PA wants to make tri axle rigs (like your deuce) a commercial only vehicle.

Well yeah, this to an point is already happening. If you wreck an older vechicle no matter how minor the damage consider it totalled. A friend had a 76 chevy truck, it was rough but solid and reliable. He was rearended. The only damage to the truck was a rear bumper and rear windshield. I had the parts and we fixed his truck the next day for less than 100 dollars. When the insurance guy got around to seeing it he totalled the truck. It took forever to get it back on the road, the state really does not want older cars on the road.

Not to be a prick, but ive seen this posted a few times... and cant find any info on it.
