Just an FYI, it doesnt look like there are any lag bolts tieing the deck to the house. A home inspector will probably ask that this be done...

I appreciate it. There should be. I have to look again. There's both the original boards that run under the house from the original deck as well as the band board thats lag bolted into the house. It was all done to spec, drawn by my architect and signed off on by an engineer. I have the plans and stamp still.

had a walk through yesterday, and a showing tomorrow. it's the lowest priced house in bradfordwoods right now, and definitely not the least nice. there's much uglier stuff going for way more right now.

I never updated this. we accepted an offer on 8/18. it's just pending the home inspection next week.

we made an offer on this last week and got it.
