Welcome to the forum.
Not anyone that I know.

So you just want to paint it flat black?
Have you considered it may have been bedliner on the exterior?

What advice do you need? Mine was flat black (probably still is). Oros on here sprayed it for me years ago, we used flat black rustoleum from Home Depot. Looked good, it faded slightly over a couple years, but worked well for a trail rig.

It's come a long way from the 2 inch budget boost and 30" all terrains.

Once Bernard Shaw was having a walk when some harum-scarum cyclist ran into him and Shaw fell to the ground. The cyclist was very sorry and came off his bike to help Shaw get on his feet. Fortunately Shaw was not hurt. The cyclist apologized to Shaw, but Shaw said, "I’m sorry that you are unlucky. If you had killed me, you would be known all over the world."

Reported, Spamtard! :flipoff2:
