Jeep Bogs down

so i have a stock 96 Cherokee and ive been noticing an issue, sometimes when i go around a corner i let off going in but when i try and hit the gas going out of the corner the jeep becomes unresponsive, it feels like it died and it bogs way down then when i let off and hit the gas again its fine. it also happens when i come over a hill and go into a dip. ill come down a hill make a slight left and go back up the hill and it bogs down, so i let off and then hit the gas and it tries to go and then bogs down again, so i let off again and hit the gas again and its fine.
