I'm looking for a Scrambler half hard top. Anyone got one?
I have a full CJ7 hardtop i'm looking to get rid of in case anyone would be interested in swapping?

i'm also keeping an eye out for the Sahara green/tan TJ seats, or the spice vinyl leather looking stock TJ seats. they look more comfy than my Bestop seats.

thanks
z

HA! no kidding..
surprisingly enough for about $500 and a 4 hour road trip there are three or four to be had... the odds of me finding one locally though seem to be pretty slim..

surely someone's got to have one stashed in the back of their basement around here?

I have been looking for one for my yj, and i have found a few locally. Unfornatly they are either ppl who think its worth gold so they let it sit in the weather and decay and lose value.... or that have no idea what they have but refuse tp part with it.

Keep yours eyes open! if you find 2 let me know:slywink:

Right-o man will do. So far i'm finding the "its gold" variety... i have a hard time shelling out two times what my full hard top is worth for a third of a top...

I know a few people who have cut down their top to work. Would you ever consider that? I dont know how much work is involved but might save you money.

Any write ups with measurements? I've done a little fiberglass work, i dont see why it wouldnt be possible. I would hate to butcher one good top and come up with nothin at the end though..

Do it up road trip style. Find some cool shit along the way...and make it more worth your time. Parts runs aren't that bad...sometimes they turn out to be more worth the drive than the parts!
