Never been. I probably do the least local wheelin' of anyone here. I tend to break it while I'm on the big moab / tellico trips and spend all the time it's here fixing it

A lot of the guys here do mud, I avoid it like the plague.

I like rocks.

I don't do wellsville any more either... I survive moab and colorado pretty well, yet screw myself at wellsville every time.

I tend to end up like this there

Whats wrong with the rocks around home?

They're not as big!

Na, I just don't like wellsville. Makes me feel like a dirty tramp. Where do we have rocks around here anyway? Other than Paragon and Rausch Creek?

What does that even mean????? :?

I had a few bad incidents with mud that made me more leary than I used to be of it. I still like slingin it up when I get the itch, but I prefer washouts n'at more than plain old bogs. If I had a big ole truck still- I'd hit any bog you could point to. 8)

Wellsville only has one rock trail and I doubt ya know it since its pretty new...wellsville is the last place that comes to mind when I'm talkin rocks. Its getting better now that guys are clearing into the big rockslide though. I still like wellsville, upper twister is always fun anymore and I enjoy the washouts and hills and other terrain, but its not the most difficult trail system out there and definatly not rocky.

I get the point, not sure why you're going off on a "matt's a retard for not liking local wheeling" rant though

I said I don't like mud, that's all, I yi yi.

Is creek falls still legal?

Not sure where I did that at. I am an anti social S.O.B. though so I musta ment it regardless.

Gamelands at the falls are off limits as always but there is a little bit of private land there that as near as I know is still open? I dont frequent there. [/quote]

Who cares, I'm an ass hole so we'll get along just fine. When my rigs back together (gimme a couple weeks I hope) - someone needs to show me the PA rocks, only PA wheelin' I've done is penns woods, connelsville, paragon, and uh, I think that's it. Exception of the lil' playgrounds here and there.

I forgot, did some sweet rocks in Altoona a few times when my borhter was going to state college. Forgot about that, there's that whole system of abandoned mining and logging trails back there.

I wasn't tryin to start something - or call you anything for not liking Wellsville. I couldn't care less really! I just thought it was a funny way to put it - "dirty tramp". That's why I used the confused smiley --> :? Wellsville isn't much in the grand scheme, but for many it's a big-enough local-enough wheelin spot where you'll always find something challenging.

Now just to get this poor ranger dudes thread even more offtopic a bunch of us are doing wellsville on memorial day weekend. Its an annual thing we do, its not the most politically correct or family friendly weekend....but thats why we do it! Its not a club related weekend, no fee's no papers, no anything, just a bunch of folks who get together for a weekend of wheelin with no direction or agenda. Wheel with whoever you want, there are no specific groups or anything. Come back to camp once the day is done and get all hornswaggled. Stop on out

To get back on topic somewhat, I have a ranger as well. A white lifted 99 that i need to get pictures of.

:::Edit::: I just looked at this guys cardomain and my truck looks exactly like his only white. Oh and I have a 3.0 instead of a 4.0 but thats about it.
