Megamus
12-08-2007, 03:40 AM
It might not pull enough air through cuz its so small.
Hey and 3 hp on 80 is quite an improvement

AC is useless, especially in an older jeep since they are about as air tight as a.... idk.. old jeep
I think they have like 85-90 hp to be totally honest and had like 110 ft lbs of torque

yeah, all i need is the heater.
85 hp...thank god we dont go fast on trails.
I saw on COPS on time a guy run in a YJ it was a really old episode. It was the slowest case of all time.

There was a cops where some dude ran in the huge effin Dozer. That was pretty slow too. Funny as hell thouhgh, he just kinda plowed through roadblocks and cars

And the one were a guy stole a tank some how, and got it stuck in the median of a highway. The cop said its ok it doesnt have shells in it...screw that Cop car vs Tank lol

id say give it a try... if it came off an xj and if there was only one of them on an xj it should be fine, granted its winter now and will probably work but the real test would be in summer idling in traffic.
ya thats an xj fan.
wohoooo friday night hahahahahahahaha
yea i just spent the last hour pulling a truck out of the woods right behind our school... gotta love drunk people tryin to drift a dakoda, but it did put an end to a good night and ill probably get a case out of it tomorrow lol

since you have so much room you can run anything.
i recommend the taurus 3 wire fan
DeathBlade556

I concur the taurus fan is beastly, Its what I use, it doesn't even get noticed on the 2.5 when its on low on high is a differnt story, that you will notice, though it you let it idle with it on high I see my temp gauge start working its way down pretty quickly.

AC is AWESOME!!!!!! I use mine all the time. Its the best when its really hot and your stuck in traffic with the top down. The 2.5l is rated at about 120 hp and about 140 ft/lbs.

Why? Cold air blowing on your face when it's hot out is always nice.

i don't think that yjs have any vents that blow on ur face

during the summer i leave the top up and the sides off. keeps the sun from beating down on ya. I want a bikini top for this summer.

check out liberty fans... i just put one in the tj... with the 4.0 it's a tight fit... but the 2.5 should be easy... plus you can reuse your old shroud...
just need a little trimming and it'll bolt right up...
