Hahaha nice!

At school today there were 6-22 Black people holding Obama signs and chanting something none of us could figure out.

Using statistics the people who run the poles can determine with in a certain confidence interval with what certaintity who the winner is. They use a sample and the results tend to be pretty acturate.

I reply to yet another of your posts with "NO SHIT!"

That doesn't mean that fairly high statistical probability should be out there before folks are going out to vote. That is bullshit, and it was an issue for both major parties in the last two elections.

EDIT: How can you say "pretty accurate" after the fiasco 4 years ago?

EDIT 2: There's spell check on here for a reason, but as bitchyd6 pointed out, it's polls.

I totally disagree with that.

Look at Florida the last two presidential elections.

All exit polls do is screw up voting late in the day or in western time zones.

I personally think any exit polls should be illegal.

So what. You vote for who you feel you want in office not what everyone else wants. Plus your vote does not count.

That's not true though.

There are a lot of people who go to the polls undecided and can be swayed one way or the other by any of a number of factors. One is by the current "winner" based on exit polls.

Or when people waiting in lines in western stays give up and go home because the election was already won based on exit polls from the east.

Exit polls have been known to be wrong A LOT. They are not accurate at all, so why pay attention to them? The number that matters is the final tally.

I don't agree with any polls, poles, pulls. All I know is that I did not participate in any of them. So they can't be accurate and the room for error is absurd. It's way too small.
