Disc Brake conversion TJ Dana 44

Just as the title says, I have a 98 TJ with a Dana 44 rear. I want to convert to disc brakes. Anyone know of factory parts that will bolt on that I can find in a junkyard?

Would that be the same on my XJ's Dana44?

It's ver similar for your XJ 44, but some of the XJ 44's have a little bit of a different pattern on the retaining plate, not sure which are / aren't the same.
