i have a 1996 jeep Grand Cherokee that has been in my family since it was new. My step mom bought it brand new off the showroom floor, then my dad drove it after her, and now i own it. untill i purchased it from my dad it always had all its maint done at the dealership! it was also garaged kept untill the last 2 years. It has 221,000 miles on it, however it runs and drives great! the only thing it really needs is a downstream 02 sensor.
I just put a brand new cat back on the vehicle as well as new plugs, wires, cap, rotor. It's white with gold package. Grey leather interior (newer leather style, not the old "patch" style). anyway, here's the specs
Grand Cherokee Limited (white with gold package, grey leather interior)
Remote start (for those cold mornings)
Fog lights
Infinity sound system (controls on steering wheel)
Cruise (works)
Quadra Drive
Towing Package (only ever towed a small 5x7 trailer with some moving stuff)
privacy glass
Grey leather
heated seats
sunroof
floor mats
16" "limited" rims (needs tires)
15" steel rims with good tires
Basically it's just a really nice jeep. The trans shows its age and occassionally searches for gears. Motor runs great! no smoke or anything. Great Daily Driver!!!!!
KBB says 4,070 in fair condition! I don't think its worth that. Not because the jeep is beat or anything, just because of the mileage. I would like to get 1500 for it or trade for a honda or anything 4cyl. I'm going to be driving a fair ways to work and while the jeep is unbelievably comfortable, i am going for MPG here. I've driven this to SC and back 5 times in the last few months. It drives great.
here's the KBB link to value

I'll post up some pics if anyone is interested.
