Anyone know where I can get a set of Super Swampers re-grooved? Closer to Cranberry/Butler would be nice, but if there's no one closer, anything would help.
Are they even able to be re-grooved?

Having a shop regroove tires like that isn't really "legal" as far as I know.
However, you can buy a simple tire grooving kit off eBay for around $100 and do it yourself very easily.
It is legal if the tire is marked regrooveable like a lot of 18 wheeler tires. We have done it to scampers, etc with a grooving iron. Someone borrowed mine a couple of years ago and I don’t remember who but they aren’t a ton of money.
It is much easier if you put the tire in the sun for a few hours or in front of a big propane heater to soften it up before you start. Even then it may be slow going.
it is a slow process. I used a vibratory tool and sharpened the end every 1/4 of the way threw the tire. It took me almost 2 hours per tire on a 30x10.5 super swamper.
I’ve done it with a chainsaw and an old chain. Ya have to be careful but it definitely works!
I can do a tire in about a half hour with my heated grooving tool.
