The Federal/American Eagle XM193 5.56 (not .223). New manufacture, brass case, 55gr FMJ boat tail. Bullets and primers are sealed. It is manufactured at the Lake City Armory, the head stamps will read, LC then year of manufacture. The brass looks like reloads but I assure you it is not. The cases have been annealed at the factory, and are not polished.
Generally speaking, this ammo is very good. very reliable and available in a few ways. Loose bulk, 10rd stripper clips, 20rd boxes, etc. It also has one hell of a muzzle flash if you are used to shooting .223. Also, it is true 5.56, not to be used in .223 chamberings. Overall, its good stuff.
