There have been plenty of them in Butler County this year, almost everywhere you look. Moraine State Park holds a good number, but will also see a lot of hunters. There have been a few road-killed around the city of Butler in the past couple weeks.

Brush Valley up 22 a ways past Blairsville is a good spot. Might be Game commission grounds #276? I have seen bear up there during deer season. Most of the property is along a black lick creek and the other half is an old strip mine.

i,ll be leaving tuesday nite for 3 days of archery hunting bears & staying for rifle as well as i,ve been rehabing a house that i own trips to camp have been scarce but i have a very good camp partner and he,s been keeping me up on all the bear shigtings in our area. theres excellent food on the east side of mountains thats a good place to start esp. if there been logging going on,as for me i know exactly what tree i,ll be behind. GOOD LUCK TO ALL
