Damn........i want one! 402fps, wonder what kind of range you can get with that thing.
Don't waste your money. You don't get any significant range increase with huge fps. Even the commerical says "up to 50 yards." A friend of mine has been using a chain-draw, super fast cross-bow for two years now. Yeah, shoots really fast and really flat --- to about 45 yards. After that the bolts just don't weigh enough to carry enough energy. They fall out of the air just like every other arrow or bolt shot from any other compound or cross-bow. You can get equal performance for hunting or target shooting from any number of conventional cross-bows -- probably for half the price -- at Dick's or Gander Mountain.
I've been shooting conventional compound bows Martin/PSE for years. Are you serious that that's all the further this will fling an arrow before it drops???? I figured smaller arrows and fps like that would take them much further than reg compounds.
