    Help with chop saw

i have a dewalt chop saw the larger 14''

any ideas on how to stop the small deflextion of the wheel ? my cuts are never a true 90 degree due to the wheel flexing out alittle.
weather i start slow or fast .... outcome is same.... slight angle to my cut.

anyone have a tip to make a chop saw cut a true 90 degree cut?

Cutting slow helps. Also after the cut coming back down supper slow can help true it up.

thimk i might try this .... make a cut ... degree the cut ... lets say its a +1 degree cut ... set saw at -1 degree ... make another cut and chect it ... and a 2 cut and check it.
maybe that will work ?! i really need a band saw and disc/belt sander.

most cheap or even midgrade bandsaws wont cut a "perfect" 90° either...thicker cutoff wheel, feed very slow...or try to compensate like you described...

I have never personally run one but I have heard that the metal blades work really well (although very expensive).
