Rust spots on XJ? Where to look

I'm looking at a 99 limited xj Saturday. Where are the trouble spots on these things?

    Rear quarter panels
cargo area (under the carpet). You can reach up under there, above the rear tire, and you'll feel a channel or 3 in groove where there's ALWAYs rust.
Front floor boards where the carpet gets wet.
    Rocker panels, all over.
Front wheel well, passenger side, below the battery. You can usually see it from the outside, or feel it.

Other than that, all of the other common spots on any vehicle. It's come to the point these days that I'd want to have the carpet pulled and inspected BEFORE purchasing, if you can swing that.

Front leaf spring hangers. The floor tends to rust and they push up through the floor.
Lift the carpet and look at the floor pans including the cargo area.
    Rockers.

Thanks guys... It's a 99 limited with 145k miles, 242 tcase, leather, power seats, infinity, new tires, new shocks, and fresh inspection... Think it's worth the 3500 asking price if there's no mechanical issues?

Ac needs charged (probably has a leak) and it has some light scratches, and no fogs. But the leather looks really nice and it appears to be pretty solid.

I paid 3 for that 96 I had, It was in great shape too (before I ruined it ), rust free. So I'd say that's fair for what you desribed.

2 years ago I would have agreed, but there's nothing out there for that kind of $ right now... I'm open to suggestions, but people want 5k+ for xjs that aren't nearly as nice...

Seriously, I'd love to find a better deal, vie been lookin
