Does anyone know of a body shop that will tackle rust? I have an '03 Dodge Ram and I'm starting to get some rust bubbles over the driver side fender. Two garages I've stopped at said they don't do rust work. Thanks!

If it's just the fender, your best bet is gonna be just get a new fender and get it painted. LMC has it for 130 and any body shop would probably spray it for around 150-250 I would hope.
Lots of body shops won't ''fix'' rust because you can't. They would have to cut weld, etc...
Winter tip as well...It is messy but will save your truck. Oil bath the underneath of the entire truck. Remove your door panels and spray oil inside.
Again, it can be messy but it will save your truck from the road salt hell
