    Tire size

    i have a 01 wrangler tj. i am in the process of putting a 2 inch lift on it and am wondering if iwould lose to much power if i put 32 inch tires on it. it is a 6cyl

    you will be fine with 32s

    now i have 00 tj and at some point i'd like to do a 2in lift as well, now i have the 2.5 would that make an difference?

    nope. the suspention on all tjs is pretty much the same.

    i just put 32s on mine. do you know that gears you have? i have 3.07s and the power loss is obvious. its bearable, but you definitly wont be in 5th gear to much.

    Forget the 2" lift for now. Hiline it and put 32"/33" tires on. Its free to hiline it.

    got a shopping list for you then. hp-d30 with 410s out of and xj and a rubi 44. 4.10s and a locked rear axle.

    the one on the left is high lined. you move your fenders and flres up, cut your hood, and bam, 33s with no lift.
