There might be some collectors of militaria on here so I figured I would post something kind of rare I'm hunting for a period correct display.
3" brass or steel artillery case/shell. 3" at the neck, about 4" at the base, and about 23" long. It has a long gradual taper then necks down at the end to 3" like a conventional rifle case does. There may be no headstamp or some variation of 3" or 3"/50cal marked on the base.
Let me know if you have one and would like to sell.
I don't know that they have THAT, but they have a LOT of militaria - including spent artillery shells. They're NFA folks - they have LOTSA cool stuff.
Drop 'em a line - if they DON'T have it, they may know someone who does - or how top get it. WON'T know unless you ask!
