Thinking about selling the Jeep. Need help

Ok,
So I am playing with the idea of unloading my zj. It's a 98 Grand Cherokee 5.9 with about 137 on the clock. Replaced the fuel pump, track bar, both sway links, k&n fipk, ps pump, steering gear and I am sure a few other things.
Overall it is in pretty good shape. Interior is a 9 out of 10, exterior has some bumps and bruises and the bottom of the tailgate is rusted. It's inspected until 6/2013.
What do you think is a fair asking price? Good on kbb is 5100.

Depending on your deffinition of bumps and bruises and some rust. Id say low to mid 3,000's

Thanks for the input. When I say bumps and bruises, it's really just some scuffing on the bumper etc. No actual dents.
I still cannot decide what to do. I love the thing but these gas prices are killing me.

Motorcycle helps for those trips when you dont need to carry anything. But, it has to be something you like, becaus eyou wont be saving much gettign one (hard to save 1000 bucks in gas after spending 3000 on a bike and gear)

I just sold my ZJ 5.9 for 4500 with 117k. Id say the guy who bought it got a good deal!!

Overall it really is in good shape. I like the idea of the motorcycle (though my wife wouldn't) but I do a lot of mountain biking/camping were I need the cargo space. That's why I was playing with the idea of an Outback.
Then maybe get another XJ as a play car. Decisions...
