$7,000 extended cab pickup

Looking for a full-size extended cab 4x4 pickup in the 7k price range. Needs to be able to fit a rear-facing car seat in the back. Rusted buckets are not wanted, but I'm not afraid of some work. Thanks.

Bought a 2006 silverado z71 extended cab last night. It has the L33 (5.3), a body lift (will come off eventually), aftermarket wheels, and a decent set of cooper 285/70/17's on it. It needs some love, but for $7500, it seems like a decent truck.

Just one seat? I'm guessing your plan is to put it in the middle? My 2nd Gen Dodge was miserable because it would only fit in one spot (the middle).

My 03 hemi is going to be for sale in about a week. I was going to ask 8500 for it. 95k miles. Rear facing fits no problem in the quad cab. (It's a britax).

We have a '11 legacy for the primary vehicle. The pickup is mainly a weekend use vehicle for camping and hauling.
