Anyways looking for a 5 speed Chevy 2500, 98 and up. Preferably under 100,000 miles. Has to be 4 wheel drive.
My ideal truck would Ext cab, short bed. But any configuration is a possibility. Let me know.

Things I have learned looking at used vehicles. If it has a: WDVE sticker or plate, a Harley Davidison sticker or plate, or anything to do with motor cross fox stickers etc, run like hell or look it over real well, They are usually 99% of the time a sign that the vehicle was beat.

The monster sticker made me apprehensive. I talked to the dude, seemed legit. Apparently the words, Clean and Little rust has a different meaning to some people.

K car would make a nice hauler, just needs a little more gear. However here is the new rig. K2500 454 5 speed. Needs a little work but otherwise good to go.

Yup vortec, Nelson tune, some sort of cam, new injectors and fuel pump. It runs really good. Third gear synchro is shot so you gotta double clutch, I hope it lasts thru the winter, ill pull the transmission in the spring get that taken care of.

Try adding an extra 2 quarts of Synchromesh fluid through the shifter.

I know they used to. That's what I ran in my ZR2 chevy in the early 2000's.
