    Timing 1998 K2500

    Does anyone around Latrobe have a scan tool capable of reading the cam retard PID on a GMC truck ? I had the distributor out of the truck its timed right and runs great but what I read online states I have to 0 it our using a scan tool. So anyone ?

    I think if the check engine light doesn't come on you are ok.

    Your +/- 1 degree if you didn't get an engine light by the second key cycle. Good aim!
