ive shrunk my pic down to 5x4 mp and even though you can t even tell it was a picture! It was to large to upload as a avatar! Any Clue what im doing wrong?
once i got it down to 23kb i couldn t shrink it anymore then the dot that it allready was!

I used Photoshop and mine is 115 X 133 pixels....

The issue is physical size, not file size
