Nemacolin used to offer Humvee rides (and may still). If they allow personal vehicles to pay-to-play as they do with the Jeep trails, that might be an option.

I drove a civilian H1 fullsize hummer all over the trails between Seward and Johnstown one time. No issues. Watch for our next planned outing there.

Pretty sure they quit the Hummers and do Jeeps there now.

I wheeled a '92 Ramcharger at Phoenix Offroad in Stuebenville w/o a scratch. I'm pretty sure your itty, bitty, Hummer could make it.
'07 Commander - 2" Daystar lift, 32x17x10 Cooper ATPs, Flowtech exhaust, aFe CAI
    '92 Dodge Ramcharger - 4 1/2" lift, 35's, 318 Magnum... a work in progress...
