Need a reliable shop to do 2.5L TJ head job

My rear most manifold bolt is broken off causing all kinds of leaks back there. I need to get this fixed soon but have no time and no shop around here will touch a head job.

Anyone have a reliable shop that they go to for jobs like this? I tried quite a few local places and they all "don't have time" or don't touch head jobs.

    I'm in Beaver County.

    Thanks

Head's fine and manifold comes off. It needs the head removed to drill out the broken manifold bolt at the very back. It can't be done in the vehicle (they say). Then reassembled.

Can you get a welding rod to the broken bolt/stud?

FMJ in butler could probably handle it.

I think you could. I never welded though. There is about 6" of space in front of the broken stud if you remove the manifold.

I was gonna say if you had a stick welder you could build the stud out and put vice grips on it and spin it out, or weld a nut to it. I have special rod I use but can be done with regular rod too if careful. Oh well.

I'd try turning it out with a punch and chisel. I did that with motor mount bolts before.

^ this works sometimes. Josh didn't you do candle wax trick on something before? Take map gas torch heat up stud hot as possible and melt candles into it?

Ya, I got stuck turbo studs out of a manifold by heating the studs red hot with oxy/acetylene then hitting it with a cheap walmart candle. Wax freed it right up once it cooled. I've heard of using bee's wax as well.
