I am planning to replace the shock absorbers on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler JK with Bilstein Shocks. Does anybody here have any experience with the brand? I have read so many good reviews about it and I am tempted to place an order.

Lifted.
I have been using Bilstein 5100's on my jeeps for about 7 years now. I was one of those "Bilsteins are the way to go for jeeps" guys until I slapped on a set of Monroe shocks and they rode better LOL. It seems like the 5100's let you know of every single road imperfection you drive over. The 5100's also do NOT last long in this rust-region. If you do use em then keep the shock boot on and tight. It's the only way the seal and rod will survive.
The yellow HD's (4600s) are pretty decent though. I have em on my 4runner and it's really nice to drive. I also had em on my Wrangler for a while.

Doetsch Tech DT8000 have been working great for me on my long armed XJ On 35s. Sees a mixed use. Overlanding, flat out rock crawling, high speed fire roads, washboard etc. They are affordable and work well for me

Stock JK shocks are good to 3" of lift
taking unsafe rigs to a whole other level
