    Uhaul rental

Went to uhaul to rent a 4x8 trailer. Was told by rep because I have a soft top they couldn't rent me one. Rep couldn't explain why except the computer said soft top jeeps are not permitted. If I would of had a hard top there would of been no problems.

Anyone have an explaination or reason?

Cause Uhaul is almost as retarded as NTB and uses zero common sense in their policies which address only lawsuit potential - kinda shocking they even stay in business with those rigid policies generated out of overreactions while trying to operate in today's customer service concentrated world.
