Do yourself a favor and just toss a 4x4 and a HF Bottle jack in there. If it's a flat outside dual you can just drive up on the 4x4 as a bonus instead of jacking lol

That's what I carry in my old crew cab; just a 12 ton bottle jack behind the rear seat.

That's was my plan unless I could find a dually scissor jack. I have one in my suburban and it's just nice and light/compact/ yet heavy duty.
Just remember this, when you get a flat it's only gonna be when your loaded to the gills lol

I happened to peek under the hood of my bucket truck today and taaa daaaaa: factory GM bottle jack and accessories for a dually.
so problem solved.
