Maybe from a TJ...I'm not really sure but I think they do have similar suspensions.

The TJ Wrangler's front stuff will all work as far as I know, but the ZJ's lift height will end up being lower then it was on the TJ since the ZJ (Grand) weighs more

the rear stuff is similar, but the important stuff like springs are way different

What size is the lift your looking at?
you could use TJ 4.5" front springs to net about 3-3.5"s in the front of the ZJ, then swap the grands front springs into the rear to gain the 3" lift you need to match (you can add stock style isolator spacers too if you need to adjust the front or rear height)

the TJ's rear lower control arms should work but I don't think the rear uppers will

the TJ's rear trac-bar is different to so you'd need a new one for a ZJ, their about $135 through Kevins offroad (Please don't use a bracket on this vehicle if your gonna wheel this or even go fast through turns, that bracket will cause more problems then it will solve)

not sure if the TJ's rear shocks would work or not, but you can get cheap longer shocks from NAPA to put on the rear of the ZJ from the rear of a 80's F150 4x4 that will work nicely for a 3" lift

If you break it, then it needed upgraded anyway!
