This will help your decision making:
If you get the 4dr I can come wheeling more often!!!!!
I guess you are buying the 2dr and removing the back seat. Figures!

my .02 for trail riding you can get into an X for 18,500 ish for a 2 dr, for a 4 dr unlimited you can do around 22,500.
if you're going to do a lot of rocks, the rubi is nice.
You can order a locking rear differential (oh yes) and e-swaybardisco on any model now.
I just got an email back from superior gears. I asked them about pinion strength on the new HP30's. They said that they pinions are huge. That's why they made 5.13 gears for them.
If you need room, i say 4 door. I'm driving mine out to moab this summer, and i'm not stressed about it. Totally comfortable about it too. Driving my TJ from there was ROUGH.
or you could just keep the rubi, long arm it, 36's, and keep wheeling
Naw, I would buy a Jeep over a Yota anyday of the week. The new 4 door JK on 38in IROK's with LA's would be SICK!!
Can you do that to a Yota for the same price? I think not...

I love the 4 door. If I weren't such a frugal wench at the moment, I'd get one.
I test drove a 2 door, and almost bought one, I was approved for financing and everything. I just figured I wouldnt be able to lift it and do all that fun stuff with a 300 payment and insurance on top of it.

I have heard of the rumors of the diesel. Its not for me though. I prefer the normally aspirated motors. Gas is where it is at in my book.

think TJ's will become collectors items like CJ's have become? CJ's really hold their value well, at least if they are done up right they do. Think TJ's will follow the same suit?
