I'm still in the research of portable backpacking hammock stand, and thus far I haven't found a stand that'll work for what I want. I haven't chosen a hammock yet, but it'll be either a Brazillian or Columbian that needs 10-12ft of hang space. This is going to be my bed at home, but I'm also going to take it on the road since I do a bit of traveling. Ideally, it'd be fast to assemble and pack small, since it'll need to fit in a packed car or van.
