See, now this pisses me off. Yes, it is a great idea. I'm sure every gesture made will be greatly appreciated...but for you to say "Hey all of you can afford at least $5" is wrong. If you wanna contribute thats great...I probably will too. But somewhat forcing that upon people is just wrong.
If I wanted to hear from an ass, I'd fuckin fart.

How is his statement forcing you to do anything?

Give me a break, let's try and keep one thread on this forum on topic. He's a good guy.

I never said anything about what kind of person he is. I stated it's a great cause. Posting a statement that is plainly obligatory is ignorant. Just delete the damn post if you're gonna get bent over it. NHM.

    Steve,

Yes, thank you. I am quite happy to be so "ignorant" as to not understand what it is like to be married to someone who is desperately in need of a liver transplant. I'm sure you didn't mean it quite that way, but thanks all the same.

Are you going to tell me, also, that it is ignorant of Matt to post this under the heading of "good cause", because it is presumptuous of him to assume that we'll all agree that this is a good cause, worthy of our investment of time to even read about?

Grow up, pal. The point of my post was simply to thank Matt for posting this, and to encourage our group to join in to help. It is not so often that we can each so easily make an impact on one person's life, and make a difference to someone so desperately in need. I would hope that if I were ever in such a position, that strangers would help me.

So, if you "probably will too", what exactly was your point? Do you honestly think that a mere $5 is well beyond the pale for anyone invested in our hobby? Seriously, there have got to be other things to vent about in this world.

PK got it right... It's nothing but a good cause. It's a fellow wheeler (who's truly helped the 4wheeling community wherever possible) simply asking for a little bit of help where his family personaly needs it. I can think of no better place to make a lil' paypal transaction at the moment...

Pleast don't turn this thread into a flame-war, it really is for a good cause. All I ask (And all I've ever really asked of this forum for that matter) is that you put the typical pgh-off-topic bashing to the side for once in this thread, that's all that I ask. Please.
