HD Bellypan mounted, and LA's mounted. The bolt on the PS, is a PITA to get to!
Next up, finish the front end, then start on the rear.

I guess I didnt realize what I was getting into, oh well its a total transformation for this Jeep, going from stock to built rig in the time it takes me to get everything installed (hopfully under a month :roflmao: )
Oh well I got more pics this AM.
Oops, PS grease fitting on the wrong side.
Ill have the front end finished tonight, it kinda sucks when you work till 8pm, and not have enough time to work on the Jeep.:bang:

Sweet! Glad to you see you got that skid on. The rest 'should' be a breeze.
You could drill out that hole where that bolt broke off then retap it. Afterall, you do have a nice tap set now
Honestly the best way I have found to drill those holes, was to drill a pilot hole on each side then use the unibit to open up the hole just enough to see inside the frame rail. This way you can judge where you need to ream the hole out. once everything is lined up and you have somewhat of a hole started. Take the 3/4in hole saw to drill through the inner supports. I also used a reamer bit about 12in long to boar straight through the frame once the hole was opened up enough. They recomend that you drill the frame out 15/16's or somthing huge, but I was able to do it with only 3/4 in holes, so I was dead on with all of my measurements.

Very nice
being that exact on the measurements should make it turn out as a lot better/stronger job too!

WOW, after finally reading this thread you have done some nice work there...
i like the t-case skid... that thing looks like it weighed 100lbs
sorry for the hi-jack...
i was tubing from 3-5... just missed ya
My 33's on my X are heavier than the 35's on my Jeep. I wouldn't want to have to lift either of them to my roof. I like rear tire carriers.
My 34" tires on Rock Crawlers weigh a ton...I can't imagine lifting it up there. Chris you need to get rid of those 31" A/T's!
