I'll have to get some pics of the rest of the parts I have sitting at my house this weekend...

The only thing I don't have at my house yet is the HPd30, springs and brake lines.

FWIW, it's cheaper to go and buy a double flare tool, couple of ends, and a coil of hard line than to buy a few lengths of it...

But then again, it sorta depends on how much you expect to use it...

But other than that, it's lookin good.....

He's looking for the braided line that goes from the frame to the caliper (I assume).

I just got the hard lines all fixed up and I got the soft lines secured to the axle tubes...I just need to trim the hard lines and re-flare the ends.

The schedule for this week looks like:

    1)Pulling a HP D30 with 3.55's from the junkyard
2)Putting new Timken bearings on...possibly u-joints hopefully not balljoints.
3)Installing new OTK steering on to the axle.

Maybe pulling jeepxj3's rear half of his t-case and installing the SYE to make it a quick install later on.

I found the quickest way to do an SYE is while the TC is still on the Jeep, but I tore the spare case I had apart to see how to do it on the bench first. Then I pulled the back end of the jeep up on some 12" ramps and sat underneath and did all the work to that case in under 1.5 hrs.

Mine's not a jeep, but if you're willing to help anyway I woln't argue....

Sounds like you're making more progress than me on your stuff Andrew....but then again you prolly have your truck sitting out in the driveway instead of in a driveway 92 miles from where you currently are, lol.

You can do an SYE without taking the rear half of the t-case off?

    Hardlines connected to the tubes!

They still need trimmed and flared...anyone know how much those usually run?

Upper Control arm mount...done! Drilling those holes was a bitch...they give you no room for play and expect you to drill a hole straight through the unibody(yeah right)...So I ended up having to take out the drive shaft and bolt the plate up while drilling the inner holes also. It took a while!

This angle drill really helped the job! Thanks Jason!
