1997 Wrangler SE...31's
None.
If anything you would gain what you may have lost is sagging springs. They are the exact same springs you have. They are no upgrade by any means.

im with those guys. XJ or ZJ coils will net you somthing however. As for the rear, I know there are guys running modified crown vic coils out back for a little lift.

I thought you were joking until i clicked, lol.
On a serious note.
BL/MML is about 200$
TJ Spacers are about 40$ a pair.
TJ Springs are about 130$ a pair.
If you get taller springs buy new LCA's.
If you lift higher than 3" its alot easier to buy a kit, they come with all the extensions you need and typically swaybar disconects for less than it costs to purchess everything separate.
A nice short arm kit will cost you between 500$ and 1500$
A nice long arm kit will cost you between 2000$ and on up depending on what you're aiming to accomplish.
Lifting a truck can be easy and cheap, fixing the new problems you encounter because the lift was done half ass is not. You'll most likely just end up buying parts that come in complete kits anyway. Thinking budget when you're planning your lift is not a good thing to do. Figure out what you want, price out everything you need and plan around *that* price, not what you *want* to spend.
A 2" BB and 1" BL/MML will let you run 33's nicely with no rub and it will cost you about 500$ for the lift.
The 2" BB alone will cost you about 275$ and you'll be to run 32's nicely.
These are the 2 best low-budget options out there that are relatively easy to install yourself. When you have low-budget options like these why are people so damn cheap that they even consider things like using a spring designed for a luxury sedan to lift their jeep?!
