I wonder why there's no title for it?
Ohio doesn't have the same strict rules PA does for titles and off-road rigs, I imagine it was a donated or junkyard vehicle, as far as I know it's common to pass off non street legal rigs w/out titles there...
Hell I might be able to street the buggy there, that'd be fun!
it has no title because it was a Tub bought from davies Jeep i believe for the purpose of being built into a Comp Crawler by some tech students in Ohio ...The build was posted over on the Pirate board awhile ago ..i am sure the body was a from a salvage Wrangler
