No it's not a JIC. It's a little different. Notice how my feeder tube is the same length as the barrel...That's what makes it a 500-A. It holds 10, the JIC only holds 7 I believe. I do however like that case!JIC is mossberg's "just in case" line of pump action shotguns w/pistol grips.

I have always been a fan of the Mossberg, but I was looking at the FN tactical shotgun the other day and I think it may have won me over.I think thats what Mossberg intended with the JIC models

The FN is made my Winchester. I still like Remington 870 and 11-87 and Browning BPS over anything.

Oh, and there is no need to bring tazers to the range, but it did get everyone's attention. If they were not in awe with the devistation of the rapid-firing shotgun, I think the sound of the tazer being triggered got them!

I have been giving serious thought on a .45 XD
My brother brought out his Kimber 45 (it is a compact version) this weekend. It may be the nicest 45 I have ever shot. Very accurate, and it leaves nice big holes in the target.
