    Yo Im new to all

    I am buying a Jeep Liberty Sport and have never gone Off Roading but I have always wanted to start somewhere. Anyone have some suggestions as to where to go and what to try as a newbie? My Jeep is a 4x4 Trail rated 3.7L V6. Is there anywhere you think I can go to attempt starting out? I know pretty much nothing about it but would like to learn. Anyone maybe want to go a show me how to handle my vehicle and maybe mentor me a little on what I can or cant handle etc.. Any feedback would be great. Nice to meet you all.

    Right on guys thanks for the quick answers. I live in Bellevue outside of Pittsburgh. You will all have to forgive my ignorance but I am looking to take this hobby up and know nothing about it so sorry bout the newbie stuff. Im 30 years old and looking for a way to get away from my wife once in a while and network. What better than learning to hit some dirt with my new vehicle. Oh yeah,... Big Steelers fan!

    Hi everyone,
    I'm new to this group, been around for several days, I reside in West Mifflin, Pa. My name is Fred, a.k.a. thdrhntr (the deer hunter). Went to TJ (Just like the Jeep) graduated in 72. Home town is Jefferson Boro. I'm an Electrical Designer and work for some Engineering Company in Pittsburgh. Like to hunt and fish. Never went 4 wheeling in a jeep, hope to do so. Oh by the way I own a 2006 Wrangler X 6000 mi., bought her in October the last year of the in-line 6. have some goodies on her, but nothing what you guys have on your rigs. Talk to you later, my rotties want to go outside. Again.

    Hi I'm Chris and I just joined yesterday. I work in Baltimore, md and fly to Pittsburgh on my days off. I live in Elizabeth 15037 when i'm here (tues morning - fri afternoon) I am an aircraft mechanic for US Airways. My favorite places to wheel are: Creek Falls, Webster Hill, and Hawkins Hollow (I have always called it blue hole) I am never in PA on the weekends because of work, but if anyone wants to go through the week I am game!
