    Shocks

I'm deciding between an old man emu lift and one which uses rancho shocks. Which ones better?

The shocks are pretty much comprable, but you're gonna pay a bunch more for OME usually.
If I wanted to hear from an ass, I'd fuckin fart.

The OME products are a little pricey but I have never heard a complaint about them. If you have the money to spend then get the OME, but if you are doing it on the cheap then the ranchos are your friend.

My choices are either OME for $719, Rancho Front Struts Bilstein Rears $705, Ranch all around with 9000 on back for $715. Would it be any better to go with the OME because they are the only ones which are specifically tuned for the lift with my truck? They are all pretty much the same.

I think you might be asking the wrong question in the subject, are you asking which SHOCKS are better, or which lift is better? If which overall lift, we're gonna need more info to go on...
