Most of them are based on how many posts you have, such as trail leader... The funny ones are admin set based on crap that happens around here or on the trail.
The one's based on post count pretty much suck, because Bill made them, and everything Bill does sucks

you get the point, in fact i think you should "randomly" select users who post a good bit and once in a while throw something totally off the wall up to mess with people
