Thats about the cheapest you'll find for a new manifold (good quality too).
You could probably find a stock one in a junkyard for half that price, but its either A. already cracked or B. going to crack.

Unfortunately there a lot of cracks. There are 2 very large visible cracks and just about every weld on it is about to crack. I would just feel better replacing it. It's a split flange.
Not trying for a sales pitch or anything, but if your taking the time to replace it...id suggest just replacing it with something aftermarket if you have the money. The stock 4.0 manifolds are known to crack. Even if its welded, it will probably just crack again. Once again though, im not trying to take away a sale from someone else or anything, id just hate to see you go through the hassle of replacing it, only to have it crack again.
