    Bumper Brackets

    Does anyone have a template (or actual brackets) for a TJ Steel Horse Tube Bumper?

    I acquired this bumper but the previous owner lost the brackets. I am not very good with fabrication; I am going to presume that I am going to have to make them (or have them made). How would one go about that?
