Were there supposed to be 3 separate links? Two of them were the same.

I would do the Ranger, pending on what condition the body was in but the "current inspection" seems to be a fair estimate, meaning that you can drive it home and have some time to address any non functioning items before the next inspection.

With the volvo you are getting into additional repairs right off the bat before you can even drive it.

    Opps sorry.

Right now I really want the 95 Ranger. Would be great for me. I could haul parts for the jeep and clean it up.

800 seem fair? Im going to call the guy in the morning and see if I can look at it. Figure in title, plates ect im looking at a grand. If I can talk him down alittle I can do it.

I think it seems fair as long as there isn't a ton of duct tape on the truck or the bed is rusted out.

If it was me: I would go there, do the usual walk around, engine check, startup and rev.. take it for a drive and go from there.

You can usually talk people down a little. Just asking him how many people have already looked at it can determine how stiff he may be on the price.

Check the rear leaf springs, rear shackles and hangers. They are known for rotting to nothing. Although they are pretty cheap to replace. Look for frame rot everywhere too.

I know it's about twice the price but there is a gmc sonoma regular cab with I think either 70k or 90k and I want to say it's a five speed. it's sitting down the road from my house but it's a pretty decent looking truck

Sh-t.. that isn't far from me. If I recall, it shouldn't be too hard just time intensive. I had a 99 Camaro and the hardest thing to replace was the spark plugs. The engine was rotated 90 degrees.
When you gonna look at it? Ask him how much for the forklift.

    EDIT: RUN AWAY

That is a 3400 v6 (a great motor), but notorious for blowing intake gaskets. Makes me wonder if its just the intake and not the head gaskets....
